Taco Pie
This turned out great-my kids loved it!! I used a 9 X 13 pan and only put sour cream on half. Only used about half of the chips on top and still turned out great. Served with lettuce and tomato.

Caramel Brownies II
Not sure exactly what happened, but mine came out heavy and oily. Don't get me wrong, they WERE eaten and tasted ok, but I guess I was a little disappointed.

Fig Bars I
I used 3 cups of fresh figs and only added about one-fourth cup of water to cook the filling. Mine turned out more like a cobbler than bars, but it had an excellent flavor. My husband loved it and the kids thought I had used apple (I didn't tell them any different!)
