Chicken Tikka Masala

This was too salty for my taste. I had to put so much extra milk to ease the saltiness... I don't think I'd make it again..

Very good. After I made this recipe for many times, I figured out the easiest way. I mix the first 4 ingredients together first but don't have to let it stand for 30 min. Keep adding all the rest of ingredients and kneed. Devide the dough into 6-8 pieces (depents on how big you wanna make a each bun) and stuff with meat etc. Now let it stand for a while until the dough is doubled in size. Then steam for 15-18 min. depends on the size of the bun. It's easier and tastes the same.

Made these cookies as a part of Christmas cookie give away. Everyone loved these cookies. I may try to make them with margarine next time so cookies won't be so thin.

Chicken Breasts Pierre

This is very easy to make but so yummy dish! I used sole da to cut down some calories. Since sole da doesn't have calorie free bron sugar yet, I used the regular sole da and it still was tasty!

Oven Roasted Potatoes

I just made these fries. My family prefers just simple salt and pepper seasonings for fries... This recipe cmight have been better without chili powder....

Caramel Frosting IV

Good caramel flavor bur it's very sweet frosting. I'd recommend to frost the cake right away after making it since it gets very stiff quickly.

Fluffy Peanut Butter Frosting

Do NOT make this frosting with ALL NATURAL peanut butter!! That's the only kind we eat so didn't have any other ones such as peaterpan or skippy etc... The frosting got separated and never became frosting even though I kept beating.... Then I tried to heat it up a little hoping that would help but it didn't.... I'll definitely try to make it with a different kind of peanut butter next time. Here is my update. The 2nd time, I made it with BUTTER and Peaterpan peanut butter. It turned out pretty good. DO NOT use margarine as others suggested also. It became very greasy.

Burger or Hot Dog Buns

OMG!!! This is SOOOO YUMMY!! Made it with a bread maker and follow the step 3 on from the recipe. I devided the dough in half and made 6 burger buns and 9 hot dog buns. I'll make only 6 hot dog buns with the half of dough the next time since the hot dog buns turned out to be a little too skinny..,.,

Blackberry Pie I

This is a good pie :) I made it with frozen berries and Splenda Half. I didn't defrost berries completely to drain juice so I was worried if the pie would turn out to be too runny. So I added some extra flour but I don't think I needed to do so.

Alyson's Broccoli Salad

This is a good recipe but just a little on a sweet side... I think I'd make it with less sugar the next time. I also boiled broccoli really quick since I"m not really a big fan of raw broccoli.
