Spinach, Sausage and Cheese Bake

This was really good! Made as directed and turned out fabulously! Even my picky eaters loved it!! Great way to serve up some spinach and using fat free cottage cheese and turkey sausage made for a lower fat recipe! :)

White Chocolate Cheesecake with White Chocolate Brandy Sauce

This is a fabulous recipe! To make it more family freindly, i added the brandy to the cake then cooked out the alchole and felt it didn't need the added calories/chocolate with all that drizzle and was fabulous enough by itself!! Even used weight watchers cream cheese to make it lighter ;) DELISH!!

Outrageous Chocolate Chip Cookies

These are awesome cookies! I did take another couple of suggestions and switched the amounts for the sugar and br. sugar and baked for just 10 minutes and they were PERFECT! Will deffinatly make these again :)

Irish Cream Chocolate Cheesecake

This was FABULOUS!! We made it lighter using half fat free and half 1/3 less fat cream cheese, ff sour cream, and splenda! WONDERFUL!! This and the kaloua cheesecakes are my favorites!

Creamy Blueberry Pie

Oh this was super good!! I made with frozen bag of blackberries and it was SOOOO good!! I also substituted FF sour cream and Splenda into the Sourcream mixture but did use real sugar for the topping :) YUMMY!!!

Easy Slow Cooker French Dip

This is really great but what i do that makes it even greater is instead of putting butter on the rolls, i take a cup of FF mayo add 2 tsp of minsed garlic and mix then spread liberallly on the rolls, top with the beef and also some sauted onions/bell peppers, provolone cheese and oregano and put under the broiler for a few minutes!! DELISH!!! With a side of the Aujus it is sooooo good!! :)

Jay's Jerk Chicken

This was realy yummy! We used beef round steaks and marrinaded over night and it was DELISH! Just a tad bit spicy but not too spicy! Would be awesome with the chicken too! Deffinatly a keeper!

Pepper-Honey Cedar Plank Salmon

WOW, this is the best Salmon recipe i've tried and i've tried many!! My sugestion for the sauce, let it simmer a lot longer (about 30-45min. to really get the syrup consistancy) before you let it cool!! PERFECT!! I'll be making this one over and over again!!! :)

Mediterranean Puff Pastry Chicken

WOW!!! THIS is a 5 star restraunt high quality and expensive meal you that you can make yourself at home! It is sooo yummy and delicious!! My only suggestion would be either to use one whole puff pastry for each chicken breast (if the breasts are very large) or splitting the breasts in half and then following the directions for as if they were whole! It was really difficult trying to fit everything into the pastry with the chicken being so big and some of them broke part in cooking, but still, the taste was killer!! This is a deffinate keeper!!

Too Much Chocolate Cake

OMG!! This is HEAVEN ON EARTH!!! This is not for the faint of heart!! I did tweek it some to make it not so "heart stoping" by using FF Sour Cream, SF White Chocolate Pudding, Egg Whites for the whole eggs, and 1 cup of Applesauce for the huge cup of oil! And I SWEAR there is no difference in taste!! This thing was dripping with chocolate!! We also used the Tripple Chocolate Fudge cake mix instead...Unbelievable!! You will NOT be disappointed!

Almond Strawberry Salad

YUUUMMMMMYYYY!!! I never would of eatten spinach except in a dip with cheese before this salad that is more like a dessert!! It is SOOOO good and fresh tasting!! I've done the recipe exactly as written and i've also substituted splenda for the sugar and there is NO difference in taste!! I can imagine it cuts down on the sugar by a huge amount...VERY VERY good! You will NOT be disappointed! And the "4" helpings is more like 8!! We used a whole bag of baby spinach and whole quart of strawberries for this...superb!!

Overnight Blueberry French Toast

Strawberry Spinach Salad I

This made an awesome salad! It was SOOO good even my kids loved it! I think it would of been even better with more strawberries/almonds though and maybe toss the dressing with the spinach then top with strawberries/almonds as these fell to the bottom when tossing the whole salad...

Bacon Wrapped Hamburgers

These were a hit with my family! Yummy! Loved the bacon added on gave it even more great flavor :) We used the KC BBQ Sauce recipe to top them and it was devine! Will be making these alot in the future ;)

Cream Cheese Jalapeno Hamburgers

These tasted really good but were hard to keep together/keep the filling from falling out...wonder if it would be just as well to purree the filling then blend into the meat mixture then form patties? We ended up making the patties then bacon wrapping them to help keep together, but still without messing with the burgers at all they still leaked. But the taste was great! Made LOTS of extra filling too, couldn't stuff any more filling in the already fully stuffed burgers :)

Hamburger Buns

These turned out great! But deffinatly don't think you are going to get 24 buns out of this dough! We made 12 buns and were perfect for our hamburgers! Put some egg wash on the top and some sesseme seeds before baking and it was yum!

Big Al's K.C. Bar-B-Q Sauce

WOW WOW WOW!! I'll never buy BBQ sauce again!! This was WONDERFUL!! It makes enough to put into a 3 qt. squeeze bottle and save for future grilling as well!! All the flavors and seasoning go so well together, its PERFECT!! THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR SHARING!! HEAVENLY!!!

German Chocolate Sauerkraut Cake

WOW, this really does taste like German Chocolate Cake!! Deffinatly must puree the sauerkraut, but its amazing how it adds to the flavor of the cake but not in a saurekraut way! Will be keeping this one around the house all the time! :)

Mom's Turkey Sausage Patties

This was really good! We used this to make for our turkey sausage for our pizza tonight!! It was awesome!! I would next time double the seasonings though for a stronger flavor, but it was still very yummy!!
