Smoky Chipotle Hummus
I've made this twice so far for parties and every time I make it, someone requests the recipe! The only change I make is that I leave out the red peppers. By far the best hummus recipe I've tasted.

Nacho Cheese Sauce
I was craving nachos and had next to no ingredients in the house, but had enough to make this. It's a good, very basic cheese sauce. I added hot sauce to mine, and it satisfied my nacho craving! I think it would need a lot of tweaking to make it something special enough to serve to guests, however.

Flaky Crescent Mushroom Turnovers
I made these for a potluck and they were a big hit. I couldn't quite get them into the shape the recipe called for, but honestly I just rolled them up into balls with filling inside and they came out looking like beautiful popovers! I will make these again.
