California Grilled Veggie Sandwich

We used to buy a Lemon Torte cake from our hometown bakery. It went out of business a few years ago. Never found another cake that was anything so good! Tried this recipe and we are in love with our lemon cake again!! Used yellow cake mix instead of the white. I made my white icing recipe instead of the seven minute and I will definately have to use this recipe again and again!! I also added some browned coconut on top. Really added a finish.

American-Italian Pasta Salad

Great pasta salad. Always a big hit!!! I just buy two inch thick pieces of salami from the deli and then cube it. It gets dry over nite, so in addition to the remaining mayo mix, I add a little more mayo if I have to. Thanks for the great recipe

Slow Cooker Pepper Steak

This is a great recipe! I used a round steak. I browned it in olive oil with fresh chopped garlic. I also browned the onion. Served with rice and a bread maker loaf of bread to dip in the juice. It is a keeper!

Apple Pork Chops

I thought the chops lacked any flavor. My husband enjoyed them,tho. Next time I will add some spices to the chops first when I brown them.

Parmesan Chicken I

This recipe was very good. It is easy to make and tastes great. My husband is a chicken and rice eater and he loved it. I was worried about the uncooked rice in the crockpot, but it came out perfect!

Slovak Stuffed Cabbage

This was a great recipe. Next time I will try it in my crockpot. Of course, I always turn a recipe into a roasting pan full! I added a can of pizza sauce to the juice and added some zing!
