Quick and Easy Vegetable Soup

I followed the recipe exactly. Everyone who ate it loved it and it was super easy.

Oatmeal Peanut Butter Cookies III

I doubled the recipe and used half crunchy and half creamy "natural" peanut butter. Not sure why several reviews said they were greasy, mine weren't at all. I think they are even better the next day. This recipe is a keeper.

Red and Green Christmas Jalapeno Jelly

Very dissapointed in this recipe given its 4 1/2 star average. I am rating this recipe based on how it was written. I don't want to have to read 100 reviews to see the tweaks everyone did. WAY to thick (too much pectin) and no hot jalapeno kick which I realize is personal preference. I will not use this recipe again.
