Clone of a Cinnabon
This was my first attempt at homemade cinnamon rolls. I followed the recipe, except for the filling. I combined the butter with the brown sugar and cinnamon and spread it on the dough. It was a little tricky to spread, but I saw all the comments that the goo melted to the bottom of the dish. By combining the butter with the brown sugar and cinnamon, I had NO GOO on the bottom of my pan and they taste wonderful. They are pretty rich so I can only eat a few bites but I will make them again.
