Puttanesca I
Bravo! I really like this recipe, although I did make some (unintentional) changes. First, I only used about 2 tbsp of oil as others mentioned. Since I did not have fresh tomatoes, I added a canned diced tomatoes, but added a 28oz can of diced tomatoes instead of 14 oz by accident (oops!). I omitted the tomato paste since I already had enough tomatoes. I actually really liked it with that many tomatoes, but next time I'll add some paste since I like the my puttanesca a bit thicker. Thanks for the recipe!
