Irish Soda Bread I

Wonderful. It was gobbled up at our St. Patrick's dinner faster than I would have anticipated! I added an additional 1/2 cup of golden raisins too which improved both the taste and the look of it when sliced.

Sam's Famous Carrot Cake

Just wonderful! Served it to 6 at a dinner party, and everyone loved it; I could tell it was true because it was so quiet with everyone just plowing through it! I poured it into two 9" pans like another had, but it took nearly 45 minutes to cook through. Next time I'll try using dried currants instead of raisins because their size would lend itself to this.

Black Bean And Corn Salad II

I'm afraid my husband and I just did not like the taste at all. I wasn't able to get a ripe avacado, but other than that, I thought I followed the recipe to a T. Just personal taste I suppose.

Delicious light puffs of cake muffin! Really good, but very different than what I expected. They had a very fine, light cake consistancy; they'd be great with tea.

It's just as tasty as it is pretty! Eight green onions would have been far too much for me, so I only used half that, and it seemed just right. I look forward to making this again and again!

Buster Bar Ice Cream Dessert

Fantabulous!!! Deliciously addicting. I grew up loving the Dairy Queen Buster Bar Parfait, so I used Spanish peanuts as suggested by others and simply loved it. Wonderful in the summer, but so good you'll want to crank up the heater in the winter to enjoy it then too!!!

Pumpkin Chip Muffins

What a wonderful recipe! I used slightly less oil and they still turned out great; my boyfriend and I both loved them! In fact, they were so good I plan to make them for a Halloween party so that my friends can enjoy them to!
