This was EASY, QUICK, and GOURMET!!! I served with fresh asparagus, and the "Baked Dijon Salmon" and it was an exquisite meal. The main dish takes the same time to prepare and it's an excellent summer meal

Salisbury Steak

This was really easy, and very tasty. I used garlic salt instead of salt,... and if you like salsbury gravy, you should know before you cook the sauce it is only enough to cover the patties...

Orzo with Mushrooms and Walnuts

I substited rice for pasta and L O V E D it. My very finicky 6 year old lked it also. I had all the ingredients on hand, and the walnut sweetened only a little; enough to not want salt. A D E F I N I T E must try *****
