Quick,... easy,... VERY TASTY... Goes well with the "Orzo with Parmesan and Basil " recipe ,... and they come out at the same time!

Orzo with Parmesan and Basil
This was EASY, QUICK, and GOURMET!!! I served with fresh asparagus, and the "Baked Dijon Salmon" and it was an exquisite meal. The main dish takes the same time to prepare and it's an excellent summer meal
