One of my fondest memories as a child was my Grandma's kitchen... homemade noodles for her chicken and noodle soup, rhubarb pie, chocolate cake, and other delicious recipes. I hope one day that my own children will have fond memories of time in the kitchen, this is why I enjoy cooking. Baking has become a joy to me. My husband and children often get excited about what will be served next! We eat Mexican dishes quite often, as well as pasta dishes, soups, stews, and casseroles. Every year in December I bake a lot of goodies for neighbors and friends. My three kids help me with different parts of it; either packaging, delivering, or helping in the kitchen. It's something we all look forward to, including those that receive the treats! When I started transforming recipes into my own recipes I was pretty excited.
