My husband wanted sweet potatoes without the marshmallows and pecans, etc. A very plain kind of guy. This recipe was the best I've ever used and so easy. This will be the dish I use for every holiday meal.

I don't eat meat, but I had to make wings for the big Sunday game. I did take a bite out of one to see and they were very good and everyone ate them up! I followed the recipe exactly.

Restaurant-Style Buffalo Chicken Wings

I made these exactly as the recipe calls for and my very picky husband like them. I don't eat meat so I can't say for myself. I didn't think he would like them to much because he usually doesn't like breading on his wings, but it's so light I thought I'd give it a try. He thought they were great - and if he didn't he would tell me. He doesn't hold back for anything:)

Apple Pecan Cobbler

I am only rating this a four star because to me this is not a cobbler. It is more of a cake than anything, but it is delicious. Everyone liked it and it's great when your looking for something easy and a little different.

No Bake Chocolate Oat Bars

I really like this but did make some changes due to comments from previous reviews. I decreased the butter to 1/2 cup and added 3/4 cup of peanut butter instead of 1/2. Made this way, it came out perfect. And very easy to prepare.

Hungarian Mushroom Soup

I'm giving this 4 stars because I was the only one who liked this in my family. I thought it was really good (although not the healthiest) but I just can't figure out why my family didn't. Perhaps the dill?

Cola Pot Roast II

This is the best pot roast recipe. Every time I make it I get nothing but raves (except from my youngest who eats nothing except chicken nuggets, hot dogs or cookies).

Creamy Chocolate Frosting

This is the best icing recipe ever! Perfect for cupcakes especially. I was worried at first because I didn't follow the directions exactly and just mixed the butter, evap.milk, and vanilla all at once. I thought for sure it would not come out right, but it was surprisingly perfect. And I followed all of the measurements and ingredients to a T! Tracy, I thank you, my husband thanks you and my children thank you:)

Easy Ice Cream Cake

I did mix the ice cream with the cool whip. Made it for my daughter's b-day whose been eating DQ cakes (yuck) for the past 12 years. I really wanted to try something different because I personally dislike DQ but it needed to be an ice cream cake. Everyone went crazy over this cake and my daughter who just turned 14 says this is what she wants for her b-day every year. WOW - thanks for this recipe!

Red River Beef Stroganoff

Baked Ziti I

This is by far the best ziti recipe ever and so unbelievable easy. I made it for four and I've made it for 30 (with rave reviews every time). I didn't change a thing and my husband is a very picky Italian who requests this one often.

Creamy Potato Leek Soup II

This was great, I did make some changes however. Omitted the bacon and added carrots and great northern beans instead. I like bacon, I was just out of it and didn't feel like running to the store.
