Tuna Piccata Pasta Salad
Definitely a keeper! I use tri-color rotini for the pasta and reduce the oil a bit just to try to cut back on calories. I love it topped with some slivered almonds - yum!!

Chicken Marsala
This was a good and easy meal. I followed some recommendations of previous reviewers: doubled the fresh mushrooms and added them after letting the wine burn off for about 5 minutes; added cream of mushroom soup to make more sauce. I served it over angel hair pasta. Next time I will try adding something to make it a bit more flavorful...

Light, Crisp Waffles
I'm so glad to have found this recipe - it really does give you waffles that are light and fluffy on the inside, crispy on the outside, not heavy and chewy like every other recipe I've tried!
