Chicken Tikka Masala
This recipe is a keeper. My husband is a tough critic and he thought this was as good, if not better, than our favorite local spot for Indian. Like the other reviews, I cut back on the salt considerably. (2 t. for the marinade, and 1 t. for the sauce) It was excellent as it was, but next time I am going to try to substitute 1/2 of the cream for coconut milk. Thanks for the recipe.
