Grilled Marinated Swordfish
Simply A-MAZ-ING! I wasn't sure if I was going to like this marinade when I put it all together, but WOW! Did it cook up nicely!! I will be using this as my staple marinade for Swordfish from now on!! Nicely Done!

Heather's Grilled Salmon
Absolutely Delish! This was the first time I grilled Salmon, and this marinade was quick, easy, and complimented the fish greatly. I recommend this to anyone looking to get their feet wet with trying salmon for the first time. You won't be disapointed.

Scrambled Egg Brunch Bread
I made this for a friends birthday brunch. I didn't have green onions so I subsituted with yellow ones. I was a little confused with how the strips were to be placed over the top, and found there was alot of extra dough at the ends. It had beautiful golden color, and presented wonderfully! the bread got rave reviews! Next time I will stretch out the filling so there is not so much end crust. I will definately make this again! Thanks!
