Ham Cheddar Chowder
The PERFECT comfort soup for a winter day! I used some ideas from prior reviewers by adding in jalepeno's and corn. Wonderful! I also used heavy cream 2 cups and 1 cup water to make it thicker. The cheese is a perfect finish to this soup.Also a great way to use up any left over veggies! Thanks!

Christmas Broccoli Salad
Very good salad. Loved how the flavors blend after a day or so. Ended up eating the entire thing over a weeks time. Good way to get in the veggies! :D Thanks!

Lemon Zucchini Bread
This bread came out beautifully! Wonderful lemon essence that gives this bread an extra little surprise when they bite into it! I got rave reviews! Delish! THANKS! Will use this bread as a staple in my house! TOTAL Keeper! :D
