Slow Cooker Kielbasa Stew
I added 1/2 cup white wine, 1 bay leaf, and a little thyme. Also, I boiled everything except the meat on the stove top until the liquid was nearly gone, then added the Kielbasa, covered with a lid, and baked in the oven. I forgot to use the cheese, but it didn't matter. It was delicious!
