Debdoozie's Blue Ribbon Chili

It really is delicious. I didn't have sauce and salsa in those sizes, so I used 16 oz of salsa and just one 15 oz can of sauce. It really is delicious. Oh, I only used 1 pound of ground beef and Hubby didn't notice at all. :-D

Apple Crisp II

I've been making this one for years and it is so easy and tasty. I change nothing and people love it EVERY.SINGLE.TIME! I use sweet apples, I use tart, it makes no difference. It really is just tasty. I find 5 to 6 apples is what is needed for 10 cups.

So simple and healthy! I added an orange pepper to it and used red onions (be careful, these can be overpowering). It was all eaten up. :-)

Caramelized Baked Chicken

Very tender and moist. The sauce didn't caramelize for me even with cooking it in a pot first. Excellent flavor that wasn't too much like BBQ sauce, more reminiscent of a Chinese chicken. Very good!

Perfect Turkey

The flavor is amazing, always does turn out right. The only "problem" is a lack of drippings for gravy. But, since that isn't the turkey itself, it doesn't detract from my rating. The best thing about this recipe, timing has never been off. The turkey is always done when the recipe says it will be done. (Something we've struggled with a lot.)

Easy OREO Truffles

Tasty, but more work than the name implies. I even chilled the balls in the freezer for 30 min, but they fell apart in the melted chocolate. The taste almost makes it worth it, could use a bit more cream cheese, I think. Guests and family enjoyed them far more than I did.

Creamy Chicken Lasagna

Great basic recipe that people can build from. The instructions are a bit unclear, I read it that I was to put all the chicken mixture on that bottom layer. I'm still not sure which way it should be, but it tasted just fine! I keep hoping to find a chicken lasagna recipe that can make my Hubby happy ... I thought this would be it, but apparently he wants me to keep looking. (But I don't think I will! ;-)

White Cheese Chicken Lasagna

Definitely too much spinach when you go with two packages. The sauce is very good and very rich, might try it on other pasta. Otherwise just too much cheese (never thought I'd say that) and too little flavor.

Really adaptable, easy to make. I made them with the smallest scoop and cooked for 8 min ... made a bunch of cookies that way. Coworkers RAVED and they were snatched up. Truly delicious.

Awesome Roast Beef

I made this exactly as the original poster suggested ... it was awesome! My Hubby is really picky about his roast beef and he generally doesn't like mashed potatoes ... but for him, the combination of mashed potatoes, roast beef, and gravy made it perfect for him. It is so nice to have a SIMPLE recipe with ingredients easily kept on hand ... THANK YOU!

Simply Parmesan Chicken

It cooked for longer, but the coating is good. What will make or break this chicken is the side served with it. Just on its own, it is too dry.
