Szechwan Shrimp
This was FANTASTIC! Do Not Double the sauce...quadruple it! Easy Dish! quick to Fix. Will make over and over! Fresh stirfry veggies are best with it. Frozen one's turn to mush. Love it!

Easy Indian Butter Chicken
Very good! Very easy! My family is Indian food savvy and this recipe satisfied that craving for my whole family (and saved me $85.00)! Makes a good amount of sauce. Will definitely make again!

Fried Rice Restaurant Style
This is a great recipe! The only thing I want to add is that to get that authentic "taste" of restaurant fried rice, you should add about half a bottle of Oyster Sauce. Easily found in the asian section at the grocery store. Back off on that much if it tastes too strong, but after years of living in Japan and trying many versions of fried rice recipes, oyster sauce is the ticket!
