We tried this recipe for Easter and thought it was amazing. It made the meat very tender and we ended up not using a leg a lamb but a rib roast of a lamb. It still turned out amazing. When looking through the reviews we did add the 1/4 c of balsamic vinegar and 1/4 c olive oil. Also when cooking we checked on the meat every 30 minutes and added additional water to the bottom of the pan. This allowed for the meat to not dry out. It also helped to make the gravy for the lamb and it was out of this world. The only thing we had to adjust was the cooking time. Instead of cooking it for 55-60 minutes we ended up cooking it for 50 minutes. We could have taken it out earlier because of the internal temperature, but the meat didn't turn out to be well done. We still had medium rare pieces.

The best new recipe that I made in 2008..made just as stated and it was great!! Could almost use as a desert!! Have made it 3 or 4 times already and my family keeps on asking for it!!

My family really enjoyed this recipe. Nice alturnative to plan roasted chicken..very easy!!

Very good. Boiled brussel sprouts until they were firm but not too soft. Will make again.

I thought that this recipe was really good..but make sure you like ginger..didn't care for it because of the ginger..

This turned out wonderful..I added more apples than the recipe called for...didn't make the glaze...they ate it without..and loved it!!

Very good basic Peanut Butter Cookies. Soft and chewie..watch the time on baking and don't over bake..if they appear soft when taking them out of the oven..they will set up as they cool! Will be using this reciepe again and again!

Followed the recipe and it came out ok but just didn't care for the conbination of ingredients...but others may !

We just finish baking the scones and they are wonderful...light, not really, really sweet but still have a hint of sweetmess...we even sifted the brown sugar with the other dry ingredients.. never did that before, but make sure u do..the texture is wonderful. We are going to serve it with pear butter for breakfast on Christmas Eve morning... thanks for sharing the recipe !

We really enjoyed using this mainade..great for a tough cut of meat.

Very good...not as good as if you had made homemade banana filling..but great for using pudding out of a box. And really easy and fast !!!!

These were wonderful...like the ones that you get at a resturant...I have made others that were good but not really like the orginal ones...easy and the sauce is just right..not so hot that you can't enjoy the wings but still have a kick!!

I followed the recipe but it just didn't taste very good..it might have just been the salmon I used....

Have made this 3 or 4 times already and my family really likes it..fast for a mid-week meal.

This was delicious...added fresh spinach to the vegtables (which I sauted) when I assembled the pie...there were no leftovers!!

Easy, great taste,low cal and did I mention that it taste great!! Make sure that you don't overcook the asparagus...cooked mine for only 3mins..was still crispy but not raw...just made it for the second time today ( made this recipe yesterday for first time..and it is all gone!!)
