Mom's Meat Loaf
Followed the recipe for 4 servings and found the mixture to be a little wet, so I added an additional 1/2 lb of ground beef. The results were tasty, though I wound up draining top sauce after 40 minutes and putting back in oven for another 10 minutes to get internal temperature to 160. Boyfriend loved it and had 3 servings! I wasn't that impressed but am looking to try it next time with ground turkey. For added punch, substitute 1/4 of the ketchup quantity with sriracha sauce~ hello!

Yummy Veal Meat Loaf
My boyfriend still raves about this one...the veal is so much more tasty than your standard beef meatloaf. Will make again and again. Thanks!
