Was looking for a "new" choc chip cookie recipe and decided to try this one. My reaction is "wonderful" Easy to put together and bake and results are superb. Used mixture of almonds, pecans and macadamia nuts and Callebaut chocolate chips. Wouldn't change a thing. Perhaps I used a smaller measure, but I ended up with 5 1/2 dozen terrific cookies! Had to keep my husband from eating them before they cooled.

I unfortunately read the reviews about this bread after I attempted to bake it. I had exactly the same experience as silverstar61. Very poor volume, very dense. The spelt flour from Doves Farm warned about this, but I thought I'd try anyhow. Bad idea.
