Buttermilk Pancakes II
Most recipes use veg oil instead of melted butter, and after making these I see why. Even after trying to let it cool down, when I added the butter to the milk it coagulated into hard pieces, so I then had to try to warm up the milk mixture... what a pain. These tasted fine, but my basic Betty Crocker pancake recipe is 10X easier. It doesn't require buttermilk OR melted butter.
