Egg Noodles
Very disappointing, the texture was okay, definitely rolling them thinner is better, but even my homemade chicken noodle soup couldn't mask how bland these noodles were. On the plus side, I gave this 3 stars because I do think with some tweaking it would be a great recipe. For now I'll stick with the my mother's recipe (my favorite) that calls for 3 egg yolks, 1 egg and a lot more salt. Although I may consider trying milk and butter in it and see what happens! Tip: a food processor fitted with the dough blade mixed the dough up beautifully.

Kate's Light n' Fluffy Buttermilk and Chocolate Chip Waffles
I'm giving it 3 stars, even though my family thinks it only deserves 1, because the batter was light and fluffy and without the chocolate chips would probably make for a pretty good waffle. However, they are a bit time consuming and there were WAY too many chocolate chips in them. You could easily halve the chocolate chips and still have a chocolate chip waffle, only it wouldn't have such over-powering flavor. I served them topped with strawberries and whipped cream. My husband and my 5-year-old both requested that I never make these again.

Light Wheat Rolls
These rolls have a good texture and that's about it. They are cooked too hot which means the outside is dark and the inside is doughy. Not only that, but they are sicky-sweet. With a lot of tweeking it could be a good recipe, but as-is it falls really short.
