Huckleberry Muffins

These muffins can easily become healthier. I reduced the sugar by 1/4 cup and made one cup of the flour to be whole wheat. It still tasted great! The next time I make these I'll reduce the butter - it's on the greasy side. But I will make them again! Yum. Happy huckleberry picking!

Raspberry Streusel Muffins

Lots O'Veggies Sausage Spaghetti Sauce

Raspberry Custard Kuchen

Wow! This is REALLY good! We had it warm, with a little vanilla ice cream on top. Perfect for our rainy day! I cut in half the sugar suggested for the topping, and it was plenty sweet enough. I used a frozen bag of mixed berries, thawed, and it turned out great. Thanks! It's a keeper!

Maple Crunch Cream Pie

This pie is so so so delicious! I only used half of the maple cream filling in my pie and the subtle maple flavour was perfect. I'll use the other half tonight when I make another one. Thanks for such a great recipe - it'll be part of our Thanksgivings and Christmases and Summer birthdays.

Pizza Without the Red Sauce

My family has been enjoying homemade pizza every Saturday night for years. When I added this one to the tradition, even the 14 year old sceptic liked it! Now this pizza is a regular hit. My friend uses the sauce (the first 7 ingredients)on baked perogies and to make garlic bread. Delicious! Highly recommended!
