Jamie's Cranberry Spinach Salad
Everyone, even my Dad, who really never, ever likes salad, ate this with glee! I used normal spinach (not baby) and used about two 10 oz bags and it was enough for 10 people at Thanksgiving this year. (I also altered the dressing recipe for 10 instead of 8.) You can toast the sesame seeds and almonds in advance to make this a quick recipe!

Pat's Award Winning Carrot Cake
So moist and delicious - better as cupcakes, as it's always too moist coming out of the bundt pan, and falls apart.

Banana Sour Cream Bread
I make this recipe all the time for friends and gatherings. It's everyone's favorite! I generally use a teensy bit less flour - too much flour will dry it out and it will taste like every other banana bread out there. Also, I like to go heavy on the cinnamon and sugar mix in the pan. One time I made the mistake of getting the cinnamon and sugar mixture a bit wet so that it clumped. I still dusted the pan with it, though it was obviously clumped in spots. To my surprise, it was extra good that time! I will do that again next time on purpose.
