My Italian family loved these cookies!!! They are just like Grandma use to make. All my aunts loved them. Half of the cookies were gone before dinner. Super moist and easy to make. This recipe is a definate

Lamb Chops with Balsamic Reduction

First time I ever made Lamb Chops. This recipe was easy and excellent. The lamb did take a little longer to cook than 3 min per side. Will make again. Would even make for company quick and easy recipe!!!

Beer and Soy Sauce Chicken

I marinated the chicken overnight. The chicken was very tender however the cup of soy sauce caused the chicken to be very, very salty. If I ever made this again I would cut the soy sauce in half. My husband who eats anything asked me to prepare him something else due to the salt.

Quick Chicken And Wine

My husband loved this dish! I make chicken 4x a week and always looking for new recipes. This one was quick, easy and very tasty. A definate keeper. FYI I patted my chicked dry, then dipped in the eggs and cheese, and had no problem with the cheese falling off.

Caramel Apple Pie II

If you enjoy sweet pies this is the one for you! My family loved it - I just felt it was too sweet. A great one to make because they loved it and I won't eat it. Overall great pie.
