Banana Banana Bread

Great bread. Yes, dense but super moist. I followed others advice and added some vanilla and cinn. I also added some choco chips. Yum

World's Best Cream Cheese and Pineapple Dip

The dip was not what I was expecting. It was very heavy in garlic, and I love garlic. Once I added more cream cheese the taste improved but the dip definatly did not make you saw WOW. Dip was NOT a hit. If you are looking to WOW others keep looking

Mom's Zucchini Bread

This recipe is OUTSTANDING! Super moist, tasty and easy to make. I did follow other recommendatios and use 4 cups of zucchini and a half cup of applesause with a half cup of oil in place of the full cup of oil and replaced the 2 1/4 cups of sugar with 1 cup white sugar an 1 cup light brown sugar. Will make this again for sure

Easy Meatloaf

Excellent, easy meatloaf. I used 1 lb of ground chuck and 1 lb of ground pork. It took a bit longer to cook but was so moist and tender. Will definatly make again. Outstanding and easy to make

Ricotta Cookies II

Lamb Chops with Balsamic Reduction

First time I ever made Lamb Chops. This recipe was easy and excellent. The lamb did take a little longer to cook than 3 min per side. Will make again. Would even make for company quick and easy recipe!!!

Beer and Soy Sauce Chicken

I marinated the chicken overnight. The chicken was very tender however the cup of soy sauce caused the chicken to be very, very salty. If I ever made this again I would cut the soy sauce in half. My husband who eats anything asked me to prepare him something else due to the salt.

Quick Chicken And Wine

My husband loved this dish! I make chicken 4x a week and always looking for new recipes. This one was quick, easy and very tasty. A definate keeper. FYI I patted my chicked dry, then dipped in the eggs and cheese, and had no problem with the cheese falling off.

Caramel Apple Pie II

If you enjoy sweet pies this is the one for you! My family loved it - I just felt it was too sweet. A great one to make because they loved it and I won't eat it. Overall great pie.
