Lamb Chops with Balsamic Reduction
First time I ever made Lamb Chops. This recipe was easy and excellent. The lamb did take a little longer to cook than 3 min per side. Will make again. Would even make for company quick and easy recipe!!!

Acorn Squash with Apple
OUTSTANDING! I was a little unsure about cooking in the microwave as I only use the microwave to reheat food the next day but this was excellent.
