Classic Macaroni Salad

Loved this recipe. Cut the sugar in half after reading other reviews and added cucumbers. I did think that is was mustardy, but I didn't mind it. Different, but good.

I was disappointed with this recipe. The chicken was not crispy and I thought that it was bland. I will not make this again, but thanks for posting.

Easy Chicken and Biscuits

I thought this was a tasty recipe. I made the dish the night before to save on time and added the biscuits before baking. I used fresh veggies and added garlic salt and paprika to the chicken breasts as I was concerned the recipe may lack in flavor without spices. I didn’t use thyme as I didn’t have any on hand. Will definitely make again.

One-Dish Chicken, Vegetable and Rice Bake

Easy recipe to make the night before. I cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces as one reviewer suggested and used chicken stock in place of the water. I used 98% fat-free cream of mushroom soup, and used a box of chicken flavored Rice-A-Roni. I did cook the rice beforehand as I've never had much luck using uncooked rice in dishes....it always comes out crispy and not quite done. Flavorful and healthy dish that I will make again.

Couscous Feta Salad

This salad turned out great! I didn't make any modifications to the recipe whatsoever. I didn't care for the pine nuts and will leave those out the next time I make this salad. Thanks for passing this recipe along. It's a keeper.

Green Tea Berry Delight

I never would have thought of mixing berries with green tea. This is a refreshing and pretty drink and was a hit at the baby shower I hosted. Thanks for sharing, I will make this again.

Chicken in Onion and Mustard Sauce

I found this meatloaf to be entirely too salty. I imagine that was due to the 1/2 packet of onion soup mix that I used. I might make this again, but will be sure to omit the onion soup mix.

Hot Turkey Salad

The only variations I made were to omit the pecans as I'm not a fan, and I used baked Lays potato chips as they were all I had on hand. This is a great way to use leftover turkey to create another dish. I will make this again, thanks for the recipe!

Chuck's Favorite Mac and Cheese

I thought this was a great recipe and it sure was a crowd pleaser. Next time I'll experiment with additional cheeses and will add a little bit of Tabasco sauce and red pepper flakes to give it a little bit of kick. Be sure to reduce the bread crumbs to 1/4 cup and omit the butter if you’d like as I don’t think the butter was necessary. Other reviewers suggested adding a 1/2 cup of milk, I’m glad I did, as it kept the dish from drying out. Thanks for sharing!

Peanut Butter Cup Cookies

This is a delicious recipe! I did not have a mini-muffin tray so just used a cookie sheet and formed dough into balls. The key to this recipe, as other reviewers have stated, is to chill the cookie dough for at least an hour as well as freeze the candy. Once the cookies came out of the oven, I placed the candy on top and placed the entire cookie sheet in the fridge. Chilled the cookies for about 10-minutes before placing them on a plate. I think this helped prevent the candy from melting. These were very good cookies and I will make them again.

Juicy Roasted Chicken

This was a wonderful recipe and so easy to prepare. DON'T CHANGE A THING! The presentation looks like you slaved over it all day. I served this with Roasted New Red Potatoes (recipe found on this site) and a basic dinner salad. Huge hit!

BLT Bow Tie Pasta Salad

I thought that this was a nice twist on the standard pasta salads out there. I didn’t add the chicken and next time I will omit the BBQ sauce as I think the recipe would have been better without it. In addition to the other ingredients, I added a cucumber and low-fat pepper jack cheese cubes. I also used whole wheat pasta. I agree that there is no need to add the water.

Slow Cooker Pulled Pork

This was the first time I ever made pulled pork and I thought it turned out very well. I'm not sure that the Root Beer added anything to the recipe, but perhaps I did not taste it because I used very spicy BBQ sauce. Thanks for sharing this...it's a keeper.

Beef Potato House Pie Casserole

This was a wonderful recipe! I used Betty Crocker garlic mashed potatoes on top to save time and added garlic powder and half a can of 98% fat free cream of mushroom soup to the meat. Will definitely make again.

Enchiladas

Delicious! I made a few changes based on suggestions of other members and this has turned out to be one of my favorite dishes. I use spicy everything because we like it hot and also add a can of spicy refried beans to the meat mixture. My very picky boyfriend loves these enchiladas. Thanks!!
