Kevin's Sausage Dip
I've been making this dip for years, but we call it football dip as that is usually when we like to serve it. I use 2 packages of 8 oz cream cheese and I can of rotel with 1 lb of bulk sausage (either or regular or spicy depending on the crowd). It's wonderful with authentic corn tortilla chips or my favorite - Fritos scoops! Not the most appealing look, but absolutely delicious tasting.

Breakfast Pizza
The whole family loves this! It's so easy and feeds large groups when we get together with family using only 1 pan! The only thing I do different is add more pepper and use a 13 x 9 pan instead of the round pan. Thanks for the recipe!

Egg and Sausage Casserole
I love these easy brunch/breakfast recipes! I make one very similar to this and add a cup or two of frozen shredded hash browns to fill up a large crowd with less. Try this with sage or maple sausage for a little different flavor, if you like sage or maple you won't be disappointed
