Simple Sloppy Joes
This was a great recipe. Only change I made was adding 1/2 green pepper chopped with onion and garlic. The soy sauce really worked in this recipe. Thanks.

Pineapple Upside-Down Cake II
I too found the topping soggy but it did not detract from the wonderful taste. I have never made a pineapple cake with it made in chunks but it was good.

Rocks
These cookies ROCK! I am not always the biggest fan of spice-type cookies or raisins but these came out great and were very flavorful. I had to put some in the freezer so that we would not eat them all right away.
