Deer Chop Hurry
This was excellent and didn't taste gamey at all. I browned on stove although I don't think that I would have needed to (my deer chops were butterflied by the way). I then put all the rest of the ingredients on top of the chops that were in a cast iron skillet and covered with aluminum foil and baked in oven a little over an hour, maybe an hour, ten minutes. Could have gone even slightly longer.
