Blueberry Cream Muffins
Excellent! A couple of changes I made...I used 1 cup of white sugar and 1 cup of brown sugar instead of 2 cups of white and to that I added an extra 1/2 cup of sugar (I used 1/4 brown sugar and 1/4 white sugar to make that extra 1/2 cup), I added 1 tbls. of lemon juice (next time I will either add more lemon juice or add some lemon zest), I used 2 cups of wheat flour and 2 cups of white flour instead of 4 cups of white, and topped off the muffins with a strudel topping that another person recommend in their review. Great use for fresh blueberries!!!
