Simple Grilled Lamb Chops
I've made these 3 or 4 times. The key seems to be marinading them for at least 24 hours. Then they are fantastic. Even my wife, who doesn't like lamb, loves them. Meat Popsicles! Mmmmmmmm.

Layered Seafood Dip
This wasn't that good. I made once for a Christmas party and less than half was eaten. I even made it a second time to be fair and even less was taken.
