I enjoy having my husband say "great meal Hon" after he comes home from work. I love being a Stay at Home Mom to 2 beautiful daughters, a preschooler and toddler, and in my "me" time I scrapbook. Feeding my family healthy and balanced meals is very important. My family loves to cook and bake for all get togethers, except Sunday nights, that's always ordering pizza. Local PA Dutch favorites and baking for any excuse I can find. My Mom's coffeecake is a breakfast favorite and we always know summertime is here when it's time to make countless shortcakes for our local strawberries in June. Dumped a blueberry spice cake all over into the oven while trying to pull it out. I wasn't thinking when I only used 1 hand to pull out the new silicone cake pan I had.
