I had high hopes for this one as we love chicken and asparagus but it was not that good and I wouldn't make it again. Sorry I bought the fresh asparagus and the roasted peppers and put them in this recipe. They would've done much better on their own as a side dish.

This was a big hit with all the family! I thinned the dressing with a bit of fresh lemon juice and added more bacon. I also mixed iceburg lettuce with the romaine at the urging of my grandsons. I gave the recipe to my daughters so they can make it themselves. Note: For my vegetarians, I left the bacon out and gave them the option of using the soy bacon bits.

Very good! I used half ground turkey and half ground sirloin and no sausage, The turkey made it very tender and not at all hard like some other mestloaves.. I served fried potatoes and onions on the side. It was great and not too spicy to us! Will definitely add this to my menu
