Baked Pasta Primavera Casserole
Super quick, super easy! We thought this was really good - I followed the recipe mostly except that I cut down the cheese I used because I didn't quite have 2 cups of mozzarella. I used whole wheat pasta also to make it more healthy. My 18 month old daughter liked it and my hubby said he really liked the added texture and flavor the veggies added. It seems like it will warm up well too, but I guess I'll find out for sure tomorrow!

Baked Mushrooms
These were good. I omitted the water as some other reviewers suggested. I thought they were a little bland, so I will definitely add additional spices next time. I think they tasted better the second day and they warmed up well.

Cajun Cake
I followed the instructions exactly, even though based on other reviews I was a little worried about the butter. My husband thought it was too buttery, but I thought it was good. We both thought it tasted better the next night after the butter had soaked through completely and it was cold from being in the refrigerator. I really couldn't taste the pineapple in this very much, so I might add more if I make this again. My cake turned out very moist! I don't even want to think about the calorie count on this one...
