High Temperature Eye-of-Round Roast
Best roast I have ever made... I used a McKormick envelope of pot roast mix to season the roast. After cooking at high temp, I turned the oven down to 250 for 2 hours. I then made a mushroom gravy using some of the pan juices... delicious!

Country Green Beans
This will now be one of my go to recipes for green beans. First I sauteed some bacon with the chopped onions and after the onions were translucent, I added everything else. Great thing about using bacon, besides the fact that it add greats flavor, you can use less salt and butter.

Cheesy Broccoli and Vegetable Soup
This is the definitive broccoli soup recipe. Other than using fresh vegetables (because they were on sale) and pureeing the soup at the end (because I have a 1 and 3 year old), I followed this recipe to a tee. I felt like I was in the Prego commercial when cooking this- I wanted to add spices but could not think of anything as it was perfect as is. My kids loved this. Thanks for sharing Bryanne, this is a keeper!
