Butterscotch Brownies in a Jar
I made the brownies, but added 1/2 cup butterscotch chips and 1/2 cup nuts instead of the 3/4 cup nuts the recipe called for. This really increased the "butterscotchy" flavor of the brownies and made them extra special. People now ask for these well in advance of their birthdays as presents.

Chicken and Sliders
WOW! I have been looking for an old-fashioned chicken and noodles recipe for a while now. This one fits the bill. At the end, to the reserved broth, I added cooked carrots, celery, onion, celery seed, and a little sage to augment the heartiness of the gravy mixture. THIS IS A KEEPER!
