Baked Brie in Puff Pastry
This took less than 5 minutes to prepare and the almonds were the perfect touch. FANTASTIC.

Banana Crumb Muffins
Fantastic. I only made these because of the great reviews and they lived up to their reputation! I added chocolate chunks.

Asian Chicken Noodle Salad
This recipe was FANTASTIC. We cut the dressing in half and it still had tons of flavor. We also substituted red leaf lettuce for the bak choy since we didn't have any on hand - worked wonderfully.
