Mexican Baked Fish
This was an excellent tasting dish and extremely easy to prepare. My husband, adult son and teenage daughter all loved it. I used Mahi Mahi which worked very well. I seasoned the fish with garlic and fresh ground pepper before pouring on the salsa; I also let the fish "marinade" in the salsa about 30 min before topping with crushed tortilla chips & cheese and baking. The sour cream and avocado slices really added to it.
