Hoagie Dip
Always a winner. I also like adding either provolone or swiss cheese. And it's fun to serve in a hollowed out bread bowl. Then it's good to the last drop!

Black Bean and Corn Quesadillas
These were delicious. I thought I knew what they were going to taste like before I ate them because I've eaten a lot of dishes with black beans and corn. I guess it's the brown sugar that chaged the flavor. At any rate these are everything you want in a recipe...quick, easy and yummy.

Roasted Brussels Sprouts
I've been making my brussel sprouts like this for a while now (since my cousin told me). I cut up asparagus and mix in with the bs's. Any kind of coursely ground salt works especially well. I give them a stir from time to time. If the sprouts are big cut them in half. I agree with the reviewer who says they pick them out of the pan before they even get to the table. They are amazing!
