Best Ever Beef Stew
I don't like mixed veggies, so just added additional cabbage. A little onion also adds great flavor. I rarely rank recipes, but this one has hit our "regular" dinner line up. It's quite a treat when you find that kind of recipe. : )

Artichoke and Roasted Red Pepper Dip
Roasted red peppers make this COLORFUL!! : ) It's kind of chucky, which was great because you don't fish around in a bunch of sauce to find an artichoke and it is easy to scoop on cracker. It is a SURE FIRE crowd pleaser.
