Aloo Gobi ki Subzi (Potatoes and Cauliflower)
This was a hit with me (vegetarian), but not with my family. Kids weren't thrilled, but they ate it. If I make this again, I will reduce the amount of cauliflower to 1/2 a head.

Baked Pork Chops I
Very tender chops. I used a 1" cut. Next time I will use a 3/4" cut. I also increased the amount of liquid to have more gravy. I did not have any problems with mushy breadding, as some other reviewers mentioned. I just made sure I browned the chops REALLY well, very crispy, before baking.

Chocolate Trifle
Perfect. My family and our guests went nuts over this one. It looks pretty, too, until you serve it. Once it's removed from the bowl, it becomes a mixed blob of colors on the plate. But don't let that stop you from making this. It tastes SO good. It's really, really rich -- so if rich chocolaty desserts aren't your thing, stay away from this one -- or serve yourself just a tiny bit.
