Great lemon flavor in this cake recipe. I only needed one can of sweetened condensed milk, not two as I did not cut the cakes to make 4 layers. Also, to the frosting I added half a package of lemon jello powder (I suggest disolving it in a bit of water first if you decide to do this as it took a bit of work to get rid of the grainy texture. I then added the jello/milk mix to the whipped topping and added a bit of yellow food coloring. The frosting was a nice consistency and holds up well.
