I doubled the icing and should have doubled the cinnamon filling. As is, there's not enough filling to make the Cinnabon "gooeyness" and they end up dry. Also, unless you double the filling, it does no good to flip the roll when you're finished because there isn't any filling on the bottom to pour over the top. I mixed the cinnabon and suger with the butter as suggested by another reviewer -maybe that's part of why the filling didn't form the syrup on the bottom? The recipe definitely has possibilites through.
