SO good, but it does benefit greatly from a clove or 2 of crushed garlic in it. Great over veggies or polenta or grains too.

This recipe was o.k., but was definitely missing something. I had a wonderful recipe from a friend in Mexico which I unfortunately lost. I'm still looking for a suitable replacement recipe.

I've been looking for a good salsa recipe for years. This one is SO easy and SO good. It tastes really fresh and can easily tolerate shortcuts (like canned tomatoes in winter). Super!

Sweet Corn Cake

Super sweet and good. It feels like a heart attack waiting to happen, so you might want to cut back a bit on the butter if your being health conscious. If you're going for an extravagant treat however, this would be a good one.

Company Couscous

I didn't add the green pepper so maybe that's what was missing. Extra balsamic, cooking the couscous in broth and pepper helped add some flavor. Kind of bland.
