I thought it was great. I will make it again...for company next time. Be sure to cover while cooking with foil, and allow the cheese a few minutes to melt (underneath the foil) before serving.

I thought it was great. weeks after I made it my uncle commented on it. Be sure to purchase a deep dish pie crust. I am going to try it with apples, since they are in season. Sooo.. easy.

I prepared this recipe as an informal supper with a visiting friend. I added a tossed salad and we had a great time. She asked for the recipe. I would also make it without the peppers( I used 2 not 4), using a hot sausage and some of my favorite herbs. This is a definite make again.
