Italian Meatball Sandwich Casserole
Very, very good!!! I used a french bagette for the bread layer... worked wonderfully because of its density!!! And I omitted the extra water!!! Turned out GREAT... definitely a keeper!!!

Warm Mushroom Spread
VERY good spead/dip!!! I put the mushrooms in a food processor and served it with garlic bagel chips!!! Delicious!!!

Slow Cooker Chicken Taco Soup
WONDERFUL!!! Tastes awsome... I used crushed tomatoes w/ garlic and it turned out great!!! It's a keeper!!!
