Asparagus and Cashews
I thought this was really good. But I am a big fan of all the flavors in this. It was a bit messy when it was frying but I may have been frying it on too high a heat. It was really quick and easy to throw together.

Fast Apple Rhubarb Pie
This was really good. I was able to use some rhubarb that I had in the freezer. I made a crumble topping for it rather than crust on top. I am a huge fan of rhubarb so I will make this again with next year's crop!

Brownie Biscotti
I made this for a cookie exchange and it turned out really good. However, the recipe as printed bakes too hot. I reduced the temperature for the second batch (325 for first bake and 275 for second bake) and it came out much better.
