One Bowl Brownies
This was not only my first time baking brownies, but my first time eating brownies (yep, I come from a brownie-less country), I followed the recipe exactly, except that I baked them in a smaller dish (9x11)and I added a 1/4 tsp. salt.
At precisely 35 minutes, I pulled the brownies out of the oven and I was met with a shiny surface and a heavenly smell and when cutting them off, they came off the pan perfectly without getting stuck at all, perhaps it was the fact that I used a glass pan?.
Well, it turns out I don't like brownies at all!, the concept is far to much for me, too dense, too sweet, too chocolate-y; but my husband, who's american, told me they were absolutely perfect in every sense possible, so, five stars!.
