I like the cheesiness of the recipe, I'll add more sour cream & ricotta the next time. also I used Parmesan, mozzarella & cheddar cheese. Will have to get to the grocery before the deli closes to get shredded provolone.

Classic Spanish Sangria

Made this for my housewarming party & everybody loved it. I ended up making 3 batches because it kept disappearing. Even the guests who said they hate wine were drinking it.

Homemade Mac and Cheese

Recipe was real easy to make. I like the idea of the roux & melted cheese being poured over the macaroni. I love cheese so I added more than the recipe calls for. I mixed mild & sharp cheddar, mozzarella & parmesan cheese. I also added garlic powder & grated black pepper.
