Grilled Garlic Parmesan Zucchini
Love it! It was easy, quick & delicious. Great summer recipe. Used all my garlic yesterday to make garlic butter that I ALWAYS keep in the fridge so used that instead.

Wisconsin Five-Cheese Bake
I like the cheesiness of the recipe, I'll add more sour cream & ricotta the next time. also I used Parmesan, mozzarella & cheddar cheese. Will have to get to the grocery before the deli closes to get shredded provolone.

Classic Spanish Sangria
Made this for my housewarming party & everybody loved it. I ended up making 3 batches because it kept disappearing. Even the guests who said they hate wine were drinking it.
